Each one as an individual, you carry and hold with in, thoughts, feelings, emotions which result in how you view your life, how you view the world, how you interpret your life events, how you care for yourself, and how your inner voice will be. Your inner voice take important role not only on how you express yourself, but also how you think, how you view yourself, how you will care for yourself. When your inner voice hold to positive roots, you will be able to care yourself with more ease. The better you feed your inner voice with positive vibrations, you will be able to see results in many aspects of your life. Your inner voice can be loud or soft, as it has a vast ways to walk with you, like someone walking in their own desert.

Your inner voice help also with your personal spiritual growth and the development you do in your physical life. The reason is, that when you keep a healthy sound in all your fields, it nourish your inner voice to provide you with positive feedback and create a healthy eco connection with your subconscious. When you allow screechy noise to disturb your well-being, you open the road for sickness, disease with low level of energy to take over yourself, while it will also block in a disturbing way to disconnect you from your subconscious. The result of each way your inner voice hold to, will express to you, and that can be by the voice of fear, which in connection with your emotions, feelings and the condition of your body, the voice of reason, which mainly comes from your left brain side when you use the logic part, and the voice of intuition, which is your connection with your spirit and soul..

Your inner voice is always active with you, it is not that you are having a dialog but you are experiencing a monologue with yourself. When you allow outside environment to influence by, then there will be some unbalance from your core inner self. As today life especially so consume and so overwhelm with social media that you watch, read, engage, it influence and can disturb in direct or indirect course on how the personal conversation that you will experience with yourself. It is essential that you will know what impact each of your thoughts, feelings and emotions, that together will become the dimension of your inner voice.

A personal check with yourself every day when you wake up as well as when you end your day to ask yourself what do you think about yourself, feel for yourself, want for yourself. If one or more of your answers are not positive, then address them so they will not unintentionally take over your well-being. Like that you will avoid from : criticizing or judging yourself, prevent from doubting or questioning your actions, holding to fear or stress for no reason, shame or guilt that shouldn’t take part, difficulties with starting new beginning, sadness or emotional pain, as all that are a result of what a negative inner voice can impact in someone life. Guide yourself to do some slow breathing around your throat area, to help clear and open any channels. Try to take on yourself to be in a total silence for a full day or perhaps few days. By choosing to experience total silence you will be able to listen and not just to hear your inner voice, as well as the quality of your inner voice.
