Each one would like to experience Happy life, and with that to be happy, to enjoy the level of Happiness every day. From where is your Happiness coming from ? and how to maintain it so it will always be available. Happiness cannot be dependent on anything other then your state of mind that allow you to experience it or not. Your Happiness should not be condition to your family or friends, or coming as base on the events that you are taking part in. Happiness start with you from within. The reality is that you cannot be always in a mood of well Happiness, in a state of being Happy, all the time, but you can make sure that this state of emotional experience will be something that is awake within you and that you are able to activate your Happiness after certain events that a different state of emotion request your attention. To have the personal understanding of your interaction with Happiness, is by recognizing your motivation for that, which will explain how your mechanism work to have an emotional state of Happiness. Since this is an emotion that you can choose to be in, then you need to have this emotion near you at your emotional bay available.

You can never be always happy, as this is not something that anyone can have because of the fact that different life experiences impact your emotions and certain life events has a level of emotions which is far from Happiness. Happiness starts with you from within, so by checking with yourself and scanning your whole self in the aspect of physical, mental, emotional, feelings and  overall how comfortable you are at this present moment, all those parameters shape and let you know how happy your whole self is. You are the sole owner of your Happiness and the one that will maintain it. No one can have the authority on your happiness, and you better try to avoid using type of “ingredients” to make you happy. Happiness has a positive connotation with your state of mind and reality, and when something opposite to this positive emotion happen, it is only demanding from you to identify the proper emotions at this specific moment that are relevant to the event, while holding from within, your Happiness. With some complicated or heavy events you know that you cannot approach externally in a Happy way. During hard events it is your awareness that happiness is not gone from you, and that in a low level you maintain your Happiness in any healthy good way. The low level of your Happiness during hard events provide you the measure to identify if you are carry low emotions longer then they should be. By cutting from within any level of your Happiness, later will make you work harder to regain your Happiness. Even by the smallest amount of Happiness that remain awake within you, it will help to protect your other good emotions and the option to reach to your positive emotions in order to restore balance from within.

To be able to enjoy a positive greater life experiences with your emotional Happiness, start by providing the positive nurturing for your well-being. Finding your healthy ways to keep your body, mind and spirit, free and in a good shape is the foundation to your connection with your Happiness. The starting place is self-Love, which let you love yourself for who you are, for how your body is, regardless the job, the car, the house, the money that you have. Your self-Love teach you in a sense of inner mindfulness, how you can appreciate your whole-self, and therefore to be happy at this moment and on.

From here on, it is your way of sustaining this state of emotion when your present life should be Happy: Since self-Love is the Root BASIC to your Happiness, then what better way then to be able to share your self-Love with others: be creative with yourself by doing something that is for your well-being: Avoid routine life by changing habits before they will become not as beneficial as they used to be for you when you first did them: Pay attention to your seasons by enjoying yourself outdoor in every season, while weather permit that: Happiness is by sharing what you have: practice kindness to others while being kind with yourself: Doing what feels right for yourself rather then doing what you want: practice of forgiveness: start new things big or small: maintain your home clean and organize as it reflect your inner home: make time to volunteer: be true to yourself so you can be with others: share your smile more often. Basically, enrich your self-worth and practice loving-kindness to shape your emotional state of Happiness. You have so much within you that you can appreciate, and understand that your Happiness always starts with you.
