  1. create anxiety within you.
  2. ask myself to forget.
  3. try to be busy with other things.
  4. ………………..
As life go on there is a part of us that knowingly holds some past events that come back. It can be also that you have remember only the emotion from that event and not at all the event itself.
The past need not to stand against you. By facing certain places and events from the past only allow you to re write it, understand it deeply so it will not represent who you are but will give you the opportunity to rediscover and to reshape your destination. Part of you don’t want to let go of those memories and feelings only because of the long-term relationship you have establish with some past heavy memories and by letting go, you don’t think that it can be possible to live your life in a different way.
