For those that are familiar with this practice, the concept from time to time come to mind. For those that are not familiar, this will be an introduction, as this topic will be discuss again. Everything is energy and one way that it can move is by vibrations. Your body hold, use, shift, move the energy from within and to out from the body. That energy run in a motion of vibration which can be changing according to the frequency that moves it. When you laugh very deep and strong, you very much feel very good within. When you giggle, you have a nice feeling within but is not as good and as pleasing as a good strong laugh. Each one of those examples work within you by good vibrations. When you don’t feel good or your mood is not positive, the vibration that your body use has a negative one or even a strong low vibe that only require from you a longer time to recover. As you pay attention and have your self-awareness, you can do your best that in any situation that you come by, you will do your best to practice with positive vibration. It demand Constance practice and even well train people with the acknowledge of this art can bring themselves to a negative point. When that happen, due to the self-awareness the recovery is faster. The faster that you will seek to teach and train yourself, the easy it will be for you to use the good vibration and more important to maintain a practice that will increase your positive flow of vibration, and that will provide your life with more balance and stability. For now, I will list some of basic strategy of good tools that you can start and use in your life to help you raise your vibration. From here you can develop each one to your best way of use and create an effective tactics in critical moments to remember to use them. Implementing those tools will help the alchemist with in you to communicate better with the universal energy that is all around and to practice the use of law of attraction in very effective way. The more positive you stay, the better the results will be: Pay attention to the type of feelings and emotions that you have. Avoid any negative activity. Provide time to meditate on a daily basis to keep your mental state calm. Engage in a positive habit. Give yourself time to enjoy the reading of a book. Eat healthy food. Clean your home and organize it so it will be your sanctuary. Make sure to give yourself some personal time to relax. Practice any type of sport activity. Connect with people that you feel good to be with. Avoid any type of practicing gossip. Unconditional-love to yourself and to those that are with you is never enough. Love is the highest vibration with a very strong positive frequency. Love with gratitude.
