To get with the strength of your core ability to achieve and experience most of what life is offering you, is when you can face any outside reality, no matter what the reality is, when you are tune well from within your Heart center, while grounded and aware first of your whole being according to your thoughts, feelings and emotions. Like that, before you even reach to connect yourself with what is in front of you, you take the proper personal self care to place yourself connected with your own resources to handle anything from a place of inner peace and a great harmony between your thoughts, feelings and emotions.

For example: if you would like to buy a house, you need to take the proper steps to be able to afford that investment. you need to check your present current ability to stand for that commitment. You need also to look few steps forwards, to plan ahead any unexpected event that will require attention. You need to look to the best of your knowledge to the big picture, to understand for yourself that you can handle this new change. Just like that, also with anything in life the inner self observation regarding your thoughts, feelings and emotions, will provide you a self awareness for what better need your immediate attention, to correct, to heal, to let go, so moving forward will be from that inner whole place that hold you content and with your inner peace, as well as well grounded to the surrounded environment around you.

For each one, there is away to guide yourself to your inner place. Where is your safe space which you can identify as your personal peaceful inner place? A peaceful place can be playing basketball, or cooking, going to a walk in nature or cleaning the house. For each one there is a simple access to allow you to connect with your roots, to pay attention to yourself, care for yourself, and to continue to provide your attention while you are well connected with your inner self. When you are in peace with everything that you have, everything that you are facing, everything that passing through you, face you like a leaf that moving on a river. Learn to protect those good healthy habits that will keep you in good shape physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Sometimes it can seems like you are giving away something that you have, a kind of life which you have been leading, and then, in moments of personal awakening you are learning that your path is about to take a change. That path seems that you are giving away what you have, but actually it is by your rightful choice that you are understanding how to make a difference. You are gaining the unique awareness of deep understanding that connecting with your true emotions and feelings provides you the true freedom to use the dynamic tools which you have in a positive good way. That difference for sure will not be so easy or simple, but knowing from within your Heart voice, will let you act from a place of solitude with humility, kindness and care. That solitude isn’t coming to isolate you or to hold you lonely but to balance your self with your Heart, as it will lead you to connect with mutual respect and sympathy with those that are around you without any condition of asking something in return.
