Happiness is an important healthy way to live our life and in this demanding world it is hard to maintain it, but when you protect your personal Happiness as a state of mind you are able to help yourself in many situations. Having this pure self awareness of happiness keep you grounded and balance throughout any personal difficult experiences and setting your ability to be helpful for yourself and for others under different conditions. Knowing to recognize the void of happiness gives you the choice to reclaim back this state of mind instead of taking yourself to a corner which doesn’t do any good to you. This kind of state of mind need to be natural and without any conditions that need to be fulfill or to be determine.

Happiness doesn’t need any alcohol to help you be happy and that void only fill you with sadness, sorrow, old grief which wasn’t healed properly, attitude of comparing yourself to others instead of recognizing your individuality for what is unique for you and how you can use that to benefit your life as well as to use that in good modest way to lift and support others. A mentality of looking at your half empty glass instead of appreciating your half full glass with all your accomplishments, all your achievements, your successes big or small, your personal growth and stability throughout what you had to face so far. When facing those moments of sadness, sorrow and such as, it is okay to let yourself experience those type of feelings for a healthy short time in order to process what you are facing with, and then you need to channel this kind of emotional pain to overcome from it, to redirect the same weight of energy to bring you back again to live your life with peace and gratitude and to hold on to all that you do have. This is also something to consider useful when working on achieving your goals while ignoring your personal accomplishments. After all every day provide you another opportunity to make and create something new, but make sure you remember what you have accomplished so far and give grace for all that. Feeling those low emotions only tells you that you are in touch with your life and not just walking in the clouds of happiness without facing what your soul need to face. You don’t put your life in a bubble but you let yourself experience vulnerability only to find new ways to strengthen your heart and with that to regain your sense of happiness in different ways while having that state of happiness to maintain a balanced connection with life.
Building a stable awareness of happiness comes from within. The outside world can only be as a supportive supplement for what you already hold within your Heart. When you feel negative and walking with a type of darkness, any kind of positive energy to lift you up will be temporary because of what you have within you. When you are facing some hard reality that affects your well-being, it is up to you to identify it and to bring yourself back to connect with your inner joy.
