It is always great and much fun to have an active life with many people around you, friends, family and other social circles which keep you busy. There is that time in each one life, when you realize that you don’t provide yourself the positive attention to work on yourself and to let your Soul to be connected with your Body and Mind. The journey of each one is to go through challenges, not so you will suffer but that you truly free yourself from illness mentality or more important, that you will not limit yourself to minimum standards when in fact you can find your strength in a greater capacity then you are used to believe you have. Each one road lead for the opportunity of transformation which gives us the personal growth and the benefits to value our whole self as one whole, with all the different of experiences, who seek to learn, and by that, to be able to hold a wisdom from all the beautiful levels of the experiences which life presented to you. You should know that you have self-love with you for you, and like many others, there are those who want to be in your company, and those that are fortune enough to enjoy your company will know to provide you the space to value the personal moments you take to nurture your self. So breathe for a moment, take a deep breath and breathe in, and know that your heart wishes for your self-love to become more activate along with the love, the kindness and care that you have for others. The personal work can be in different ways like taking care of your home and through that to value what you have, to cook for yourself and to appreciate your talent, to read a book, to listen to a music, to meditate, to run outside or any other sport activity with yourself, only so you can see how you can depend more and trust more yourself, or any other positive activity. Like that you will raise your personal level of energy and the vibrations from your inner-peace will be notice by yourself as well as by others. This is a positive mindset which let you have the ability to understand that you don’t have to think to care for others before you take care of yourself. This has noting to do with loneliness or personal ego or removing yourself from society, but to be able to become more grounded with yourself as you do the personal work, and can be for others with care and respect. This is a personal challenge to learn to be with yourself before with others, and to learn to love yourself not in an egoistic way, but with kindness. Like that you value better your own company, and the result will lead you to collect people in your life not to fill up your emptiness but to share the richness of your great personality. To be able to be for yourself is to share your personal gifts that you discover you have with yourself and to share them with others.
