The way that you have your system of decision making and engage with life activities from the moment that you wake up and how you move throughout the day always need to give you the place to recalculate in a better way how to stay with inner peace and happiness, and that mainly by activating your Self-Love from your Heart center and your practice of unconditional love for life in all forms its unfold for you. For each one body has a different reaction for some food, drinks and smoking which can create uncomfortable feeling and remove your body from balance and by not removing those items from your menu, you only continue to prevent your body from being relax and the ability to have a calm physical sensations which will allow your whole self to be in the nirvana that you deserve to be, as well as the inner ability to heal your body in a faster way. All that, if not address properly, by yourself or with the support of someone whom you can reach out to, can create an overwhelming reality which will have negative effect on your body, mind and soul.
