In order for you to be present with yourself, with who you are, with out the need to compare yourself to others, with no ego to interfere with your true self, less of fear to make you express or hide behind with anger or despair, One good way to protect yourself is by realizing and understanding yourself from a place of accepting, at this moment, for this present time, acknowledging your full self-acceptance. By reflecting on your past you cannot connect that to accepting yourself due to the fact that past events only provide you with the lessons and the conclusions from your actions. Take a moment and give attention from a place of your awareness while holding your inner peace as a safe place to be present, without any attachments to any outside situations or events from past or present, only yourself, and recognize within yourself your pure essence. Do not place any self-judgment or guilt, do not be embarrass from what you feel or think. Everything that comes up is for this present moment only, and provide you with your personal clarification from a subjective level which you cannot hide, remove or eliminate at this moment. Accept your flaws, your weaknesses, unbalanced emotions, the fear that you hold and that prevent you from moving, mistakes, good and bad personal characters, your low points as well as your high points, kind behaviors that unique to you in all aspects, the self connection which you have achieved so far to have with yourself, your ability to trust yourself as well as to have faith in your life, your strength, your wishes and desires, what seems as positive for you and what seems as negative for you, all that and what ever else that you see from within yourself, accept. Self acceptance is the moment in the story of your life where you hold yourself with sincere and honest self-love your whole self for this moment, and understanding how to turn the page of your life story to a new direction, to something that will support your growth in the personal, emotional, physical and spiritual level. Self acceptance is Not how limited your self for what you are and who you are, but it is your clear starting point to where you can shift your life in positive and better way which will be good also for those who you have and find along your way.
