The work: By the use of a non-invasive, hands-on compression approach, which helps to release tensions that exist in different levels in the body, placing the hands parallel to the Sacral and lower abdomen and moving up the spine to the cranio (head) while using a light touch on specific points.
Benefits: CST releases restrictions in the soft tissues that surround the central nervous system, promoting pain relief, reduce stress or any abnormality, improve the health of the whole-body health, and creating a sense of well-being while giving a better level of awareness with the mind.

-migraines and headaches -stress -anxiety or depression -chronic head pain -sinus infections -ear infections -constipation and the stomach area-disturbed sleep cycles and insomnia -neck pain -fibromyalgia -trauma recovery -difficult pregnancies.
