When you start a new job, a project, take new decision, turning away from something to something new, for each new step there is some level of unknown how you will handle, achieve what you are trying to get. As your life move on, you collect experiences that helps you understand better what you were able to achieve in each of your new steps. Yet, with some that haven’t went the way you wish or wanted, you found yourself disappointed of yourself, and with that disappointment you decided to label as something that you regret doing, and forcing yourself to move on. At some point all those regrets growing within you as a certain memory that is not helping you at all. Regrets only remove you from your confidence and invite more self-doubt. Therefore, it is good to take a moment and to check the regrets in your life.

Holding regrets throughout life only take away from your ability to grow with your whole self. Those regrets that you drag with you change how you see yourself, trust yourself, knowing your self worth or underestimating your self value. It preventing your Solar Plexus from providing you with the clear confidence you should be moving in life. Dragging past regrets can create low self-esteem and emotions that will stay in conflict with your self-confidence, and result in less believing in yourself. Regrets can also impact your Heart Chakra if there is some emotional pain or hard feeling as a result of the regret.

To check what in your memory you keep as regrets, it is like going back in time, looking at your past events that made you feel regrets. Your past, although it is way gone, it is still part of you, and how you have faced your past events, only have shaped part of you. If that past event of a change was something good, for sure you have a better clear memory from that, simply because it hold with that some good emotions. If that past event of a change didn’t work as you wanted, most likely you carry the mark that it left you with in uncomfortable way which left you regret on doing so, and with time that regret add to other regrets, which you become unaware for moments of your past that are influencing your day to day life, your decision making.

By reviewing your past regarding past events which immediately makes you feel uncomfortable, unrest or anything that now remove you from your peaceful mind, you understand that something from that past event is still with you, and something still is unresolved. The fact that you ware able to move on with your life, need to be as a positive sign for you because regardless any of your past events, you were able to find yourself in a new place, in a new beginning, in something different and better. So with that, you can hold to and your qualities now observe to yourself the life of regrets that you are holding with in you. To each regret you can now find from a clear place a positive reason that will help you to dismiss that regret. As you look on your regrets, you can find some that truly no longer need to be hold within, because of where your life are now. For some regrets from your past you can transform them to the reason that actually had to happen in order for you to do more, to change, to take another different path, which eventually was the right one. With some regrets perhaps it is time to forgive yourself, especially if in that past event you also choose to self-criticize yourself, for now good reason. On other regrets you can see that at that time you actually didn’t have the right tools to do what you intended to do. For each regret, as you able able to clear it, it will free yourself from some of the burden you hold from your past.

At one point at your future, you would like to look back at your life knowing that you have no regrets at all, and that you can tell to yourself that you live your life to the fullest from your Heart place and with clear conscious, especially with yourself.
