Life for each one provide its own unique rhythm, speed and aiming the direction upward or downward in life moments. As you move with your life, even when you feel that you are stuck or overwhelmed by how fast things are changing for you, you are progressing with your life. From one level to another there is a transformation that takes you too, and stepping away from a part of yourself, which is now can be seen as your younger-self. Looking back at your many younger-selves is so important for your personal validation, growth and self-worth, that mainly sit at your Root to Solar plexus Chakras, while the Heart center preserve a certain part. None of your younger-selves should be from a positive or negative perspective, rather by what value, purpose and meaning that younger-self create for you and benefit others.

You can never run away from yourself, and by honoring each part of your past you make sure not to repeat certain events all over again. Each of your younger-selves represent a page in the story of your life, and not forgetting is keeping you awake and alive. looking back and identifying to your self what each one of your younger-selves let you gain, learn achieve, understand, overcome, or avoided from doing. You can see how this younger self gave you kindness, this one help you find courage, this one show you your strength, your self-value, your love, wisdom and so on. You can recognize how in a beautiful way you are here because of everything that your previous years gave such a deep treasure, that you couldn’t find it in any different ways.You understand how each is a link in the chain that you are now hosting in your Heart center while carrying from each one in every year, a quality, a character gift, that couldn’t have been found for the most of it in other ways. Looking back with self compassion, self forgiveness, self patience and self tolerance, help you to see beyond the moments of past time events. Letting you to reflect back and to value, instead of holding yourself criticizing or having self judgment. It is here that shared anger or guilt are been lifted by positive emotions for the good lessons that some of your younger-selves gave you, and you can treasure, or at least honor. Like that each one of your younger-selves are holding accountability, and recognizing what value each one help in the making and shaping your present life.

You have a better understanding of what you have been left with. Finding yourself holding to the better side of your self-worth. It is your opportunity to look at some from a place of compassion and deeper understanding, only coming closer as you are meeting all the links that coming together to be the chain of your actual YOU. As you go back through the landscape of your past years, you become more humble by meeting your present self. You are able to welcome and consider healthier approach for past events, which were difficult or hard for you to accept. Look at your past with no regrets; Look at your future with pure excitement; Look into your present knowing your existence. The important self is the one which you shouldn’t forget who you are or where you came from.There were some periods in your life that you didn’t act at your best for different reasons, and yet you are here. You also remember difficult times when you go through those times, you thought that you will not overcome them, yet here you are. You can hold on to the hardship experience or you can understand the bigger picture, the meaning, a better reason for what you find, for what you gain, for what brought you here today. Recognize that between all those moments of the self, there was no past or future for you, only the present moment of the awareness awake self. !!!Pay attention and compare between your current actions in your life, if the motivation comes from an affect by one of your younger-selves events. You want to achieve your goals by what you have learned about yourself, who you have become, what you have accomplished, so you are able to hold to the value you gain in your life. There is no reason to use the same pattern of thinking base on past events, as this can bring a different levels of energy that rejuvenate and support your actions. If during your childhood you may missed something, or couldn’t have, so as you are creating your life reality now, you remind yourself about the lessons and nothing else, while you gather your points of growth which has the foundation to create the path that continue your life.Your younger-selves are simply a version of you in a moment, not in a time, in a passing moment that creates a meaning, a memory. Each version of your younger-selves add to a collective drops in a river of moments that meet your other rivers in your life ocean. Sometimes your ocean is peaceful and sometimes it can shake your boat, your spirit. Once you understand that some moments will pass, and you stay the captain of your ship, your spirit, then you guide it to the safe shore of your soul, instead the limitations of your body. As you take one day at a time in the infinite possibilities of the self, remind yourself that you are loved forever.

 

When you enter this life you are as a plain rock of glass, that with each polished expression of self you unveil the diamond you hold within. Visualize standing in circle holding hands with all of your years, all your younger-selves, looking into each one’s eyes, and saying: “I love myself because of what each one of you gifted me with.”
