Having habits: (choose yours)

You don’t pay attention that part of the activities during your day are actually part of a program of your own habits. Some behaviors are important and beneficial for you. However, there are certain behaviors which turn into habits that are not so much increasing your positive energetic level and creating a negative attitude that need to be addressed. Some of those habits are so part of your life that you even totally not aware of acting by them, thinking as they determine you to, injecting you with the same low level of emotions that barely let you even start your day. From activities to habits of emotions or holding some habits of thoughts or habits of feelings when the common for all is that those habits are part of your daily routine but are not part of who you truly are. They cannot define you, but only cover and prevent your true self to act in a productive positive way of living. When you are use to do something in a repetitive manner, you stop seeing or avoid giving attention to everything that is in front of you, just because you are so used to reach or to act in a narrow direction following your habits.  By taking a moment to pay attention to certain behaviors that you can recognize them as your own habits you are the important observer whom by reviewing your day to day life, how you act during the week, you can come with a self perspective of certain habits that are engrave in your mentality system and just holding you down. As you will start to observe, you will recognize to yourself where the energy taking the attention to a useless place of intentions and actions. With this self awareness it can teach you and give you the opportunity to rediscover your life in a new way. New way on one hand can be by removing those negative habits. By identifying those habits that needs your operation to surgically remove them, you can become spiritually more open, your self esteem can be much more stronger, carrying a positive thoughtful thinking, an inner balance within your Chakra system that can work in the right flow and balance with no contradiction with your actions, feelings and emotions. It is hard to change old habits or more so to remove them from your heart, your mind or those habits of emotions that you go through from within your Solar Plexus Chakra.
There is always a new day for a new start, but maybe the idea of relieving from certain habits seems too big because of how custom you become to the pattern of those habits which formed an automatic behavior that is not for your highest and best. It is hard to get rid of bad habits and you know that because you have tried many times before and it didn’t work. So, maybe try to take the other direction and gain a new positive habit. Let’s try a different approach. Try to take yourself to your heart place and reach in to find out what motivate you in your life, or better what are you missing in your life, and want to make that to an action which will turn to be your new positive habit which has no condition or co-dependent on certain things, only with a connection to your pure values that mainly and most often come to you from your pure Heart space.
