As you take on life experiences, some experiences will lead you to a place where you feel worry from within about the outcome or what need to be done. Worry can be a positive habit, but in some ways can be negative. As a responsible person for yourself as well as for others, there are those good situations where you worry from a good healthy way to help yourself or to help others, to care for yourself or others. When the habit of worrying become more often then regular feelings that you have, it can create an overwhelming experience with level of stress and more so, with anxiety. Trying to find strength while “you are in the middle of a storm” in your life will take you to be worried regarding how to change that reality. An influence of strong unhealthy emotions creating an effect that pushes you to face deeper perspective for how to handle that storm: try to find cover, hoping that everything will pass and disappear just to see the disaster and despair that is left to be handle, go against what is coming only to be challenged by forces that can break your life for pieces and challenges you will regret, or recognize the storm which you are in the middle of it, and from an approach of peace and harmony not only you can over come the storm but to collect yourself faster due to your inner peace and provide solutions to change the present moment you are at. It is important to recognize what is your point of view influence by, and to see if there is something which you can change in order to balance your personal perspective on the hard event that you are experiencing. If you choose just to take cover under your blanket, ask yourself if this is the way you have handle similar situation in the same way in the past, and therefore to guide yourself to take actions. Maybe because of the fact that you are not really taking the responsibility to do something and waiting for the storm to go away, and you can handle better if you will not try to hide but to face it whether by yourself or with the help of someone that can lead you to a peaceful and blessed place where you can stop from worrying. Perhaps you need to be reminded to ask yourself to come up with all the possible solutions and the outcome that can possibly be from each one of them. This productive way will take you from not worrying but to try and to go with one of the solutions while building the skills of yourself to stand and resolve the situation. It might be that because you were only going against your challenge, you allow yourself to worry and it is time to take a different direction of action, or not hesitating to call someone to support you and to be with you. Beside outside support you can also find ways to relax yourself in a healthy way, so you can handle better the situation and be able to see the rainbow with clear sky within you.
