Events that happen in our life or around us can influence our perception of what is truly happening. That can influence our lifestyle in different ways, especially relationships, courage to take the next step, loss of anticipation about career or life in general, so unintentionally you build walls within your self and more specifically the relationship with your inner-self to be discourage of trying again, for thinking of just giving up and that take off the balance from the peace that was inside. At certain events you tell yourself stories. You weave together different plot lines, wondering if the outcome of the story might be different were you to have done or said something other than what you had done or said all along, while knowing that the various alternatives outcomes are just more stories – fictions meant to distract you from what’s actually happening. And so, when you identify this mental habit within you, you can guide yourself to pause or stop from weaving and begin breathing, just breathing, gently and non-judgmentally, giving you the space to see clear between what was real to what is just your imagination. Like so, you can say goodbye for anything that truly don’t need your attention right now, instead of saying “oy vey” for this imaginative mountain.
Sometimes you should use a new perspective for what is going on in your life. That will be beside what you can offer to yourself, but what other good people that truly care for you and that you value their opinion to be at your reach. The courage to ask for guidance and support during this time can show you how well your self-awareness is objective and not subjective because of self doubt of what the outcome can take on. Looking for fresh point of view offer a connection that can invite a level of stability during this troubling times in your life. After all, you have the resources of reaching to new knowledge and adopting new tools to try and to use in your life. New approach that you haven’t thought that is possible, but with the support of even just one person at your side can make a big difference of your motivation with your life just because the accountability the two of you now share.
