Life for the majority of us seems as its moving us in an auto-pilot drive, and if we get trap unintentionally, it can lead each one of us to unnecessary stressful situations more then what they are for us, and reaction that will not help either one of those who involve. There is so much that each one of us need to worry and to care for, from dealing with traffic, job, covid19, political division, family issues and anything else. The element of stress will challenge each one of us, and the self awareness for how each one receive it, deal with that handle it, can only help you shape your better good personal qualities.There is a different between good stress vs. bad stress. While bad stress can lead to low emotions and energy, effect your body, anxiety, worry attitude, depression and more, good stress can elevate your sub-conscience, increase your self-value, boost your adrenaline, help with your self control, support your blood pressure and other sense of support when it use right.

There is no magic pill to eliminate stress, but you can do your best to bring it to the minimum, base on your personal positive approach, and what better way to approach it with personal kindness. This is how those two come together. When you provide kindness towards the difficult situation that you are involve with, your ability to control the end result will be more then what you would anticipate. Providing kindness in both directions, towards the issue at hand as well as kindness towards yourself. The more that you will drive yourself to act and share your kindness, the better positive vibrations that you will spread around you. Also remember to be kind to your body, so take some mindfulness breathings, meditate, use more laughter, Acts of kindness increase your positive emotions, help with your personal motivation, increase social interaction, clear your mind to pay attention to details, letting you know how to put yourself first without hurting unintentionally others. In fact, when you will choose to deal with complicated situation from a place of kindness, you will be able to communicate with others in a relax way, and to address your opinions from a clear open mind.

As you will drive yourself to act from a place of kindness, you will be more connected with your present moment and become more mindful regarding what needs your attention. Care to nurture your good nature of kindness, and not to nurture something that doesn’t support you. Put good out to the world in any event, especially when its heavy on you. Kindness is one of your many ways to express your love. Taking the intention to do acts of kindness under any kind of weather keep your heart shine, bright and optimist.
