Maybe you have heard before the term “Grounding yourself” or if this is the first time you come by this term or being reminded, you should remember to use it on a daily basis, and in some forms of life living its need to be practice few times during the day. Just like any appliance that you use has a protection system which provides grounding electrical currents so the level of the electricity for the device will be the right level and any access goes to the ground and protect the device as well as the user from any damage, so it is regarding your body and you. Your body is an electric vessel that always must be grounded in order to perform your daily life activities without any outside interference that can shake you off. In the aspects of that energy or “electrical overload” in your body it shows up by your emotions, feelings, thoughts and behavior. In other words, when you are not grounded, the way you express your emotions, feelings, thoughts or behavior comes in a very negative way only because of the overload energy that you have gain. This can be for someone who is collecting from outside energy that has nothing to do with you (an empath), reacting instead of handling some situations in your life, events that can be overwhelm in the moment of the event but continue to carry on you a negative effect. Understanding the valuable practice of grounding yourself as you start your day promote a great balance in any level, remove any unnecessary energy out of the body (unnecessary emotion, feeling etc.), preventing any “electrical overload” within your body, promote the flow of the necessary energy to where your body needs, elevate the inner balance when you are getting ready for some activity that can be stressful or overwhelm by, protect yourself from causing any electrical damage because of those emotions, feelings thoughts or behavior that you have invited unwilling to yourself, prevent swings of energy which take you off balance, keeping you recharge always and not feeling drain in any part of your day, protect you from “burning out” when this type of metaphysical energy is facing you, sustaining your body at any stage or age to be in the best optimum level as it can be. If you are by someone that get angry very easy or afraid to be around that person because of their changing temper, that can be a very important sign. Grounding can be in related with any of your Chakra system, but it is very significant to work on your Root Chakra which is located in the base of the spin. There are many simple ways for someone to practice grounding, from walking bare outside on the grass, breathing exercise, doing some laughing, the use of certain crystal stones, meditation, visualize a beautiful red picture and much more. As you remember to ground yourself on a daily basis, once or more, very soon you will be able to see positive effect on how you have better control over your life.
