Can One Identify their Life Purpose (Choose yours):

1.By taking full understanding of your outer and internal life and reality.

2.When you are hungry.

3.From personal decisions experience.

4. ……………………………………………………..

From the moment you wake up, part of what walk with you by your side, is your life purpose. That can be big or small one, selfish or selfless one, a purpose with no or deeply intention. That can happen by choice or as part of the evolutions of certain life events. All that can work better when you put your life purpose in front of you.

The purpose of life is a deeply personal and philosophical question that varies from person to person, culture to culture, and belief system to belief system. The frame around each one life purpose has it connection and influence by the life you lead and live.  What better describe you:

The Philosophical view:

1. Life has no inherent meaning; we create our own purpose through our choices and actions.

2. Life may lack intrinsic meaning, but embracing its absurdity can lead to a rich and fulfilling existence.

3. Life purpose is found in improving human well-being and fostering connections.

The Spiritual and Religious Views:

1. Many religions propose that life’s purpose is to serve, worship, or grow closer to a divine being or universal principle.

2. Life’s purpose often involves achieving enlightenment or self-realization.

The Personal Views:

1. Relationships: Many people find purpose in loving and supporting others.

2. Growth: Learning, self-discovery, and personal development are seen as fulfilling purposes.

3. Contribution: Making a positive impact on the world or future generations gives life meaning.

The picture within that frame is something individual that you can only find. Identifying your purpose in life is a deeply personal journey that involves self-reflection, exploration, and growth. Start by reflecting on your passions and interests. Think about activities that make you lose track of time or feel most alive, as well as childhood dreams or recurring themes in your hobbies. These can offer clues about what drives you.

Next, examine your values and consider what matters most to you, such as family, creativity, helping others, or personal growth. These core principles can serve as a compass for your decisions and priorities. Similarly, reflect on your strengths and talents by identifying skills you excel in and seeking feedback from others who know you well.

Fulfillment is another key aspect of purpose. Consider moments when you’ve felt deeply satisfied or connected to a sense of contribution. Identify activities or roles that bring you joy and meaning. To discover hidden passions, step out of your comfort zone by experimenting with new activities, volunteering, or taking up a hobby. Over time, patterns may emerge, so journaling your thoughts and experiences can help you identify recurring themes.

It’s also important to think about the bigger picture (step out of your own picture). Reflect on how you’d like to impact others or the world, as well as the legacy you hope to leave behind. Seek inspiration from others by reading biographies, watching motivational talks, or connecting with people who inspire you. Their journeys may provide valuable insights into your own.
Practicing mindfulness and introspection can help you tune into your inner voice. Spend quiet time alone or meditate to pay attention to thoughts and ideas that consistently emerge. Engaging in open discussions with trusted friends, mentors, or counselors can also provide external perspectives that bring clarity.

Finally, remember that your purpose may evolve as you grow and experience life. Be open to re-evaluating and redefining it over time, as life’s journey is dynamic, and so is the process of uncovering your purpose.

Ultimately, the purpose of life may be what you decide to make of it, shaped by your experiences, values, and aspirations. Once you tap to one of your many life purpose, ask yourself to tap to your Soul purpose (something to follow up here).

As long as you know your purpose in your life the sun will rise for you in every season of your life.
