Life is a combination of highs and lows, different waves and turbulence, movements or bumps, surprises and unexpected events. All are part of each one life experiences and moving from one to another event is part of the personal growing of life experiences, while depends on each one point of view. That general point of view can be objective or subjective by how emotionally you put yourself involve in the event that takes you. Sometimes, certain events can have a significant impact on someone life, that it change the personal view of the meaning of that event
Sometimes one need to become the Observer of their life for a moment. To take an outside look at the general picture of your life. It is also need to be recognize from which point do you view and observe your life, as that point of view has a fundamental influence on the interpretation of your observation. However, all that will not change the natural facts that are standing by themselves regardless of anyone observation which those must be identified, so one can compare their self interpretation with the core standing facts. When the view point is with optimistic values then the results provide a bigger view to your observation.
To each one their own challenges, different struggles, certain disappointments, obstacles to overcome, bumps through life journey, battles to go through. However, when you are able to remember that when event, any event that you experience, is already part of the past, then you know to accept that you no longer stay in the moment that belongs to the past. Once you acknowledge something that didn’t work as you wanted, you look for the solution, you check what are your other options, you seek other results, you demand from yourself to look forward. Like that not only that you become optimistic but you become the realistic optimist, one that care to see the good, to hold on to the half glass full, able to provide positive explanation in troubling times, or at least know in your Heart that there is a reason for what you are experiences not because of something negative or dark, but due to some changing that are meant to be for your highest good and well-being in the long run . Yet, it is hard work to be proactive from that optimistic approach in this mad world, but it should not discourage one from dropping their hopes or self belief on the good that is meant for each one to be . It is not simple in the whole craziness around, it is difficult to make positive changes when stress and disorder is all over.
Life changes take us sometimes to places that we didn’t expect, and holding to reality can be achieved through staying grounded and knowing our inner values. As we grow, we come to understand that the good things in life are the simple things. That most of what we need is usually around us, or that we already have it. All we need is to care for it, to appreciate it while maintaining it by good behavior and positive attitude
