The equality between men and women as well as the differences between them better be observe from the place of the partnership between both. When we understand that we are partners, partners between genders, partners between societies, partners between nations, partners in this One Universe, we can work to build this partnership in a capacity to allow everyone to benefit from it. Even thought there are differences in physiological aspects, each body has its own ability to do certain things as well as to train it self to gain new skills, up to a certain degree. Differences in knowledge can be taught from one to another. For any type of difference, pure partnership can provide the path to close the gap. Partners in building this world to be the better place for the next generation to hold hands, to stand shoulder to shoulder together and offering each other to act as one on things that can motivate others to follow up and to continue the creation. If we start to liberate our personal beliefs from old wrongfully limitations, we can start to see the future becomes our present reality. There is a voice for reformation that comes to happen every period of cycle time. This reformation can be in different lengths because of the reality that we live in, as well as the social climate environment we are living in, and the kind of leaderships which we all moving with. By reformation we do not have to drop off basic principles, only to allow wider variety that holds valuable values that belong to the past but relevant to the present and the near future, to grow and to support the good life which we all would like to have for mankind. There is a profile in humanity which we haven’t yet discovered and only by honesty of joining forces together between all different level of people, cultures and societies,  we can honor the higher level of us, of who we are, which will only reveal our good nature between each other and will create the opportunity to live together in a bigger harmony. We can see how we can exchange roles from a place of support and trust and that we are no longer just product of our culture or environment but we are partners in the evolution which will benefit many others to explore new experiences. This flexibility will allow us to continue life not from a survival point of view, but from a place of equal opportunities which are in reach to everyone, and like that to honor and to protect together the value of life in all forms that walk the earth. The irony is that we don’t pay attention to how we holds certain biases against the other gender as well as within each one gender, not realizing how we only prevent our progress in every fields of our life, so we keep limiting ourselves to reaching our highest potential as those who are on the top of the mammals pyramid and only provide prof for rightfully be belonging in that spot. Moving forward, what will you take on yourself to invest and invite the equality between the partnership to minimize the differences and empower both identities?
