What are feelings? Feelings are the Soul expression through the body. Hence, your gut-feeling speaks that connection. For emotions are your heart imprint expression of your spirit, as the heart is the place where the spirit is dwelling and from the heart, those emotions speaks out. Therefore, your feelings are the reflection of what your body holds by your soul, simply that. Feelings positive and negative comes with different impacts for each one. Each feeling must be with its own rhythm, which you welcome, voluntary or otherwise, to your whole self. Each feeling should be address with measure, so it won’t remove you from the balance level of your life or it won’t overtake your identity. While with positive feelings for the most part has better supporting and nourishing benefits, any negative feelings from the moment it started to impact you, it is as a bacteria, a virus, an infection that it’s will is to hurt you more than you express that feeling toward anyone or anything. For your wrong feelings you should be, with kindness, seek self forgiveness for falling into an intoxicated hardship. A false pretense, which had diverted towards a bitter worthless battle. Once, that removed you from your path ,mainly as a result for submitting to an empty bag of feelings. Holding to your low feelings is as walking into a minefield, unable to control your next explosive behavior. Your feelings are the interpretation of your emotions and as so, your feelings can be more obvious to identify or to be seen by those that are with you.
Be mindful to welcome and experience each feeling while remembering to bring back yourself to your heart center. At your heart center is where you want to stay awake, loving-kindness and content. After all ,the heart is where your emotions will cause or invite various feelings. For any feeling experience, there is a moment in time that attached with the circumstances that allow this feeling to come in, and as the event finished, steps must be made to relieve from that feeling and back to your center, your heart center. You can let yourself to laugh hard and deposit that energy into your heart, as the heart brain will restore that positive energy in the right organ. A positive feeling that come from someone with a loyal personality, present a person who is faithful for others, holds a positive mentality that is hopeful, and strengthens that person value and faith, which let that person hold on to a wise cheerful heart.
Feelings that are negative has higher toxic effects on you regarding your mental condition, spiritual awakening, body vitality, productivity of your thinking, your ability to identify between right from wrong, healthy decisions making, eating lifestyle, daily habits, quality of your sleep, stability in any of your life relationships, self esteem, connection with the divine. This is part of the list for how, more then the positive feelings, the negative feelings can drastically reduce, change, destroy or worse, invite illnesses to your life in each of those areas. For example, sadness can start from feeling guilty or ashamed, and if not recognizing the reason it can bring depression or being apathetic to everything and everyone. Another example, if you feel helpless, or confused it can grow to feel anxious, stress, with high level of anxiety. While positive feeling are your healthy sources, negative feelings are your Kryptonite. Those 2 examples, as they start within you, they are like parasites that feeds from you, slowly weakening you, and and more than one aspect of your life will harm you.
Removing yourself from a negative feelings is as healing yourself from an illness. It is essential to recognize the cause that started the development of that negative feeling to a dis-ease, and facing the root of this. Understanding the root cause, that is in order to start the healing process, the recovery of your well-being. Here, might come even self forgiveness and compassion while taking accountability from your side, learning how to avoid having that negative feeling again. Let your positive feelings be the source of your life actions. Be one with yourself, so you can be better support for others.
