From the moment we wake up till we end our day, we move throughout our day with our thoughts, feelings and emotions. Our emotions take essential part in the quality of our day, and each one may have their own way of recognizing or identify when your emotions request your attention. Whether you are dealing with positive emotions or negative emotions, subjective ones or ones that are result of behavioral or expressive, any emotion impact the body, the energetic field of the body, as well as different organs within the body. Anger go directly to the liver and can be in the gall bladder, joy or bitterness can be in the heart or the small intestine, grief can be right at the lung or at the large intestine, and like that to each emotion. Emotions as they appear, they want to keep moving, to keep flow. Emotions are energy that must has their movement, so the balance will be maintain within oneself.

Emotions should be observed like the element of water. Knowing how water can flow, move as well as change itself, that is your inner Alchemist wisdom to handle any emotions within your body, and to maintain yourself in balance. Your body doesn’t have to be happy in all times or peaceful through everything it goes through; it has to know how to retain back its own balance. There are certain life events that comes with different types of factors that provide the circumstances that you need to face with certain emotions. A lost of someone dear to your heart, must come with grief. A lost of a car doesn’t mean that you need to handle it with low emotions.

When going through life and experiences certain emotions due to life events: birthday, achieving a life goal, death, etc, there is a time and place to allow yourself for using the emotions that matches the events. Letting you express to the outside world while expressing those emotions. Letting you face from within as you go through that specific event. And then, as life moves on, your life is moving forward, and it is time to bring back yourself to the balance of your body. It is time to center back to your Heart Center, which only allows you to apply the balance back over your body as a whole.

Emotions are a source of the human body, not part of the Soul. Like water, emotions can be transformed from one formula to another, to move from high places to low, to move at different speed, to change its way, to shift its origin for another source or element. Like water, the Alchemist within you, have that constant awareness, providing you the full control over your emotions instead of letting the emotions take over your body, and in some cases take over your life journey . You have the inner ability to Bounce back from each emotions to your Heart center and exchange the emotion to the inner peace you can be at. That is always your opportunity to achieve and regain balance as you move between points in your life journey. Understanding that at each point of your life journey certain emotions are unified and can be accepted or allow. As you move forward to your next point in life, you better move while you’re in alignment with your mind body and soul, and that alignment is by maintaining the balance that provides you the inner peace you deserve to have. Be the Alchemist of your emotions by achieving the wisdom of water.

When it comes the moment to experience any emotion, it is not from the intellectual aspect, rather from the emotional part within the purpose of that emotion. When it’s time to shift back yourself to your inner balance that rest within your pure Heart, if it doesn’t pursue back by the emotional part, it can receive the support from your intellectual part that can identify and provide the property reason that helps with reason to shift back. Sometimes with mindfulness awareness you support your system not to over work your body, but to overcome any emotion, from both sides of the emotions scope, back to your inner balance that provides inner peace and maintain your self-love. Like that you stay available to yourself, aware of your body mind and soul as a whole domain, that has the place to offer yourself as a whole to anyone and everyone, while your core estate has a wide abundance of value.
