When each one plan to start something new, to begin an activity that the picture of the future seems so bright and clear, which build strong expectations from yourself to achieve, comes with the personal reasons each one has. With that, as you get closer to start doing what you planed, thoughts of doubts will come. Your left brain will maintain in some level this type of thoughts. When those thoughts of doubts raising, are they immediately reflecting something about you ? Lets not rush to conclusion before we label this mental behavior as good or bad, as it really depend on how those doubts interact with you.
In any process of a healthy decision making there are several steps that one must take prior to the beginning of a project, as it starts, more important as it is moving and becoming, and to the final step. When doubts are coming in any part of the work, and the ability of one-self to identify them as a useful tool instead of ignoring them, then the end result will be much more sustainable. It provide you the opportunity to know that your actions are not an impulsive reaction to something or someone. By analyzing your doubts with clear mind, it is a good sign of reassurance and reevaluate your actions to come. Like that, you are making sure that even something that was ignored before, or unknown to you, you are handling the progress with a wider net of information and answers only to clear the way from any questions that will come. From here on, less and less room for any impulsive behaviors to act on something, will create a safe mental space to think after careful consideration.
Doubt allows you to have a better clarity with your personal actions. Once a certain doubt comes up, you have two main ways to handle it: the first is to not give any attention to your doubts by ignoring them, which will prolong the doubt to be more complicated later to handle. The second way is to face it immediately and to recognize from where this doubt coming from: is it something that is relevant to what is in front of you, or is it because of something from your past events that might trigger it to come. By facing your doubts you are only building your inner self confidence with no room for your ego to take part in your actions, rather than the personal learning and understanding for the good reasons your actions are being done.
In each development of the process to your goal there is an additional learning from the personal experience that you are involving yourself in. This is how you will also be able to build stability in your decisions process so you hold a deeper understanding for the choices that you take and made. There is always something unexpected, or something that you didn’t prepare yourself for, but when you welcome and understand that this is part of the process, then you are able to handle to provide the solution that will have a stronger connection to the next step to come.
Giving doubts the healthy attention, don’t let the illusion of things to keep you away from what your Heart center knows is right for you. You guide your life not only by your mind, but more important by your Heart, and when you remove thoughts of doubts, you should be able to be happy with the original decision to start something new and to achieve it.
