Life is a combination of ups and downs, expected events and the unexpected, surprises moments that will take your life to a different path, moving in the known and trying to handle the unknown, experiences which you didn’t know that you have the capacity to overcome, and yet you were able to change your life for better. All those events are moments in each one life, only moments, but as the moment happen and about to pass, it is how and what you put to a good use in order to keep an attitude of living your dreams and planting new seeds in the garden of your life. It is your personal care to keep your personal learning, not from a place of a victim in your story but from a place of warrior of peace,  who strive for the well-being of themselves as well as for the well-being of others.

Acknowledging your current status and evaluating your whole situation is important for you in order to learn everything that brought you to the situation that you are at. If there are missing points, facts, or any information from you, understand what you didn’t do, and don’t try to take responsibility for something that you never done, even if it result in a change of your reality. Knowing your personal truth is relevant for you to maintain your self-belief, your self-worth, and where you Heart is standing in this challenge time. Try to find out the steps that you can put together in the puzzle that prevent you for now to find the next right piece of the puzzle so you will be able to continue to build the picture of your life. Understanding that each event in our life has its own meaning, benefit and reason to take place in the story of your life. By keeping together the connection between each dot, each significant life event, later will let you see the road map of your life from one meaningful event to the next one. Don’t fall into exaggerating with the impact of this difficult event, as much as it may be complicated. Avoid any personal judgment, any personal criticism or any type of low self esteem thoughts. All those will only take you to the deepest darkest place in the rabbit hole. This is where your positive thinking is the most relevant to keep you grounded, to keep you fresh, but mainly to keep you connect with the reality as it is, no more then what it simply is while guarding your Heart to stay in a loving giving place.

 

After you put the full scrip of the past, that lead to the moment of that harsh event, after you recognize and face your present moment in reality, while knowing that what you are facing now will not turn to be the new reality of your life, it is now the time and your personal call for action. Taking all the information that you were able to collect, even with the missing information, regardless- as it will turn to be that that missing information is not even relevant for your ability to move on with your life. Now it is the time to ask yourself what are the actions that you need to take and do. Your personal productivity by being proactive with yourself and looking forward with more open Heart and wisdom of past experiences, will provide you with the place to find the Healings that you need to have in order to recover from those difficult moments, able also to find forgiveness towards those that mistreated you, and able to live in peace with your own truth and good open Heart. Like that you beat your Heart with good and positive energy, which that positive energy is within each one of us, and the more we will strive to maintain it, the more it will become vibrant and more effective. Positive energy is the essence of everything. You need also to remember that you don’t need to go through all f that by yourself, and that you can find someone that you can trust enough to walk with, get advice from, have the unconditional support to overcome what is you need to grow from.

 

Doing this protocol of evaluating everything according to your knowledge and what information you were able to collect, will give you the peace of mind that your good intention to fix, correct or heal the situation, came from your honest Heart place, and you care now to move forward with your life and you closed that past chapter to rest while remembering the Healthy lessons that you have gained.
