The ability to be positive with your life while facing the reality around you, and to engage with what life present to you not from a choice, but from a necessity or obligation, taking sometimes a personal effort and unique attention to make sure that your out look at your life will stay positive. For each one during life, difficulties can present themselves in the most unprepared timing, or unexpected event that take you from the core of your direction. This is part of what life has to offer, and try to address each event for the best of your ability can be too much at times. However, the personal attitude and to keep reminding yourself to hold a positive mentality, can change how you will experience some events that you didn’t even wanted to add them to your day. To maintain a grounded positive agenda it need to be with personal practice and knowing when to be easy with yourself instead of critical with yourself. The personal intention to stay on your feet with a positive vibrations will benefit your mind, body and spirit.

Part of the ability to move with a positive state of mind is to make sure that you take care to heal your past, and not staying unaware for holding to some past events emotionally or mentally, and as a result you are not fully able to be in the present moment or to truly move forward with your life. Sometimes the past is something that can be understood as a karmic part of you, and therefore there is a deeper inner work to recognize the pattern or the behavior that create within you this loop, so even when you try to engage with life in a positive way, something pulling you back. It might be that all you need to understand that it is no longer part of you, and your present reality is far different, and therefore by clearing any old negative thoughts, any heavy emotions, you are able to face much more of what is in front of you with the positive intention that you hold. With that, it is good to remember good life lessons that you have experienced in your past, so those lessons will be a kind tool for you to show you your achievements. Know how to forgive yourself, how to express self forgiveness, so you can be more kind towards yourself and hopeful that you believe in the positive change that you can create.

During your every day activities, take the time and count your blessings. Recognize your blessings that you have from the smallest  or the simple thing you have to the real valuable and significant things in your life. By remembering to express your blessings, it will help you to put into perspective what is in front of you, at the moment, especially if it something that can be emotionally hard to handle. Knowing your blessing will help you to know how to reach within yourself and bring out your best one self in a strong positive way, and not giving any chance for self doubt on yourself. Since happiness is a choice that we make, to support and to gain inner happiness can be achieve with the personal care that you care to recognize to be grateful for.
