Between all the different layers of who you truly are, there is one side that is most clear and close to you, and that is your personal self. That personal self holds its own individuality of your wishes, your desires, your ambitions, dreams, inner conflicts, secrets, left brain right brain conversions, heart emotions versus stomach feelings, your nature character and most of the time your inner selfish ego. This is where your persona try to figure out her combination, and like that practicing through your consciousness mind how to project out your identity base on your personal limitation while running away from the challenging that can bring you to a new triumph and personal victory. This is where your persona holds inner battles that need to still overcome only by you, and only you knows them, no one else. Your personal self is the one who feel more comfortable by going again and again to certain behaviors that you seems to find yourself more comfortable, when in most times its only not with what you need to do or to use for a better way of living your life. It is where you access and open up the nature of your creature of habits in its basic form just because it is so simple for you to be in that state of mind and act accordingly.
In this state of mind most of your useful tools and what is essential for your being is missed out, due to the basic ways that you provide your life with. The quality of your life become limited to a small circle of livelihood, instead of trying to go and to challenge yourself to understand deeper how to connect with your full potential, or at least to start do more then what you have prevented yourself from doing so far, avoiding doing or ignoring doing just because of knowing the kind of work it require from you. This can be a selfish collective of ideas, interests, actions, while ignoring what can be a contribution for your life and to assist you in many aspects of your life as well as to be able to support others.
Yes, there’s need to be a time and a place where you are able to put everything around you aside, just so you can provide yourself with personal care and personal respect. After all, for each one of us in order to be able to move on with our life and our life plan, we need to take a break from time to time and to know how to recharge our personal batteries with what can only build within us a better level of inner peace, personal gratification and inner values for our well-being. Here when place in front of a mirror, only the parts that you wish to show are seeing.

The more you come to have an awareness of how it changes, the better you will be able to help yourself to overcome certain things or you will understand to reach for someone help to support your personal healing from the ways that your personal self take away the freedom of how you can enjoy your life to the fullest. It is never late to start your process of your true personal understanding, and how you can let your personal self be in a direct connection to your authentic selves that will lead you to your Blueprint. This is where you can find inner peace and personal growth with no shame or guilt, only more energy and true valuable freedom, to use more of what you hold in a meaningful way for yourself as well as for others to enjoy you. Understanding how to care for your personal self open the door for a better balance and performance in your life with a pure meaning from a clear caring Heart place.
