For each one there is a way of leading their life in a certain way and as we grow, just like by the way we are so used to walk and to move our body in a certain way, with that we also, in an unaware way, become so costume to behave in a certain way by the way we speak, the way we think, the way we express our emotions and feelings, or even holding to a certain routine in our life, unaware that those are the pieces for which others identify us by, expect that kind of response from us, see us behaving in this kind of way. Taking the time with personal self-awareness to revisit your self as a whole, can only lead you to see how you got comfortable with some actions, habits, behaviors, that although you have been using them often and they become in your nature to present yourself, they are not part of your core system, and it is your choice to make the healthy changes by peeling the old layers and to train yourself to see what more exist within you that can be share in a better and positive way with others.

Check your general habits that you are aware that you have. If you are brave enough to ask someone that you fully trust what are the habits that they know and see about you? If someone habit is to gossip, to complain about the world, to wait for change to happen in their life and so on, maybe it is time to see how better will be by not doing all that. Even doing certain things in a compulsive feeling or finding yourself running in a maze as a workaholic that cannot find the door to the next level, only mean that you better take a pause and reflect clearly on how you avoiding handling your life and letting moments of events to run you down. How much are you ready to make the changes will determine the level of the results that will benefit you. When looking in honest way and ready to accept full responsibility, will open the door for the freedom that you deserve to experience in your life.

Your intentions with your actions and expressions are the ones that will help you to take the positive turn that you would like to find in your life. The better self-awareness of your intentions and the more positive those intentions are, the easier you will find yourself adopting and learning new habits, while holding good equilibrium between your emotions and gaining a better quality with your life. This is not something that you need to take some education to train yourself to do that, or to buy it from someone. Between all those layers of your image, there is this pure healthy self that speak to your conscience for what it is that you need to do, and all is needed from you is to take the first step and to continue to the next so your true beautiful self will spark your next good chapter.
