Courage has few levels in part of each one growth and personal development in the whole complex of the individual system . After all, it is with courage that you can learn better who you are and what you are capable to be and do, instead of preventing or limiting yourself from not connecting with your true wonderful self, which at times can be an adventurous traveler who expand the different paths during your life journey. Courage doesn’t need to have a scary event to let you take actions or to make you brave enough to face something. Courage doesn’t need to send you out to fight your battles in a dangerous way, rather to connect you with your Higher self or inner identity which you have in various skills to fully express, and like that, to embrace your whole self. Facing different moments in your life with courage only will provide you the benefit of personal security and having a deep self awareness with pure good value for your life that you lead. With that, you don’t keep yourself in a comfort zone that seems to be safe or preventing you from taking challenges at your personal growth.

Courage is when your pure Heart, without any attachment to personal ego, guide you to do the right thing when you are finding yourself taking the first step and no one else is there with you. Courage is to Hear your Heart, which feed your guts feeling with innocent certainty to take action with personal humility. Courage is to do what your Heart tells you from a pure clean place, while your mind tries to prevent you from moving forward by throwing on you thoughts from what seems to be or sounds like logic, but it is not. Courage is when the only choice in front of you is something so far different than what you have been used to do, and you recognize that choice as the one that you need to give a chance and try. Courage is when you are facing your fears in a practical way, only to lift yourself up and to meet deeper your true self. Courage is when you are walking in so many moments of uncertainty and unbalance life, and you find yourself humble to acknowledge what is the right move that you must take now and knowing that there is no way back. Courage can be address even when there is no real kind of danger, only something within you that you need to break away from yourself and allow inner freedom to grow within you with self confidence and self compassion without any personal ego to take your way.

Courage is your ability to practice your inner trust that on the path for what you intend to conquer you are being guided and supported, You only have to maintain your Heart open, more then your mind, to Hear your Heart from within, noticing with the inner truth that providing you with the specific formula of the knowledge that can keep nourish you and be vital for your good pure actions. As you challenge yourself by taking different steps of courage in your life, you will see how you feel less and less any type of feelings like fear, anxiety, stress, worry, agony, insecure or any kind of emotional pain. Instead you will be more connected with your emotional intelligent and become more empath with your life and empathy to other people life as well.
