Each one can have moments in life when suddenly you seems as what you are facing is, from emotional level, with a feeling that it is too much for you to handle or you are loosing it. That overwhelm experience can happen in the most unexpected moments for some or can be something which will grow if you will avoid giving the attention to the source of what allow this type of negativity to become part of your life and to take you away from the true reality of where you are at in your life. After all, anxiety, panic, despair, fear, stress, depression, or any other negative emotions that you are having should never be how you face and experience your life. Very valuable tool to keep close to yourself is by making sure that you are Grounded as you start your day and as your day evolve. Grounding is not just for the Root Chakra but can be for any and every energetic center that you use. Every day you are using every energy center within you, some more then the others, but sometimes because of what you are facing, some energetic centers not working in the capacity to maintain the balance for your full performance or to maintain the positive flow and connection through the channel that connect all the energetic centers, hence, the Chakras. This daily practice of self grounding, as well as Grounding yourself through out the day will prevent any vortex of emotions to take over your experience with what is in front of you. By taking the moment in the morning, and during any other time of the day to Ground yourself you invite personal self-inquiry to identify to yourself your thoughts, feelings and emotions with a better clarity and putting in the right order what is good for you and what you are aware that is not so beneficial for you to carry within. From here this will take you to your personal wisdom of recognizing better how you adopted something which is not for your highest and best well-being and that personal wisdom will provide you the option to remove yourself from those stormy type of mentality. This is a simple practice that you can choose to do while you are just waking up, driving your car, sitting at your desk while working, taking a moment in a park or while doing your shopping. You will see how you can provide solutions to your daily life activities with better balance, self-awareness and deeper personal value for yourself without letting any outside influence to shake your life and to change how you experience your own personal reality. More so, by maintaining yourself grounded you have a better way to control the rhythm of your emotions or feelings and as a results the type of thoughts which will be part of your day. This practice doesn’t need any prayer book or require to go to some deep deep meditation, as you will put it for your personal use on a daily basis and throughout your day, and like so you will gain results and quality with your life and able to be better help for those that around you.
