Each one hold some memories which brings flashbacks from past events or for certain events which your life has not recover from. Those memories are as scar within your heart but also energetically push down your energy mainly on your lower back between the Solar Plexus to the Sacral chakras. This specific emotional pain, when not handle, pushed aside, ignore, covered up by other behaviors, or any survival mechanism that your body offer you so you can move in some way with your life, only build within you more issues which eventually will resolve in some physical symptoms in your body such as physical problem with your knee or both of your knees, chronic pain in your back, migraines, unexplained stomach ache, bent spinal etc.,. When you seek from a mindfulness perspective to admit to yourself that no pill can really cure the physical pain that you have, only provide a temporary relief, and you take the time to see what personal emotions are within you, in order to identify those painful emotions, even if they are traumatic and have been suppressed for long, you are able to start the emotional healing process, even if it bring back the pain to the surface. Check to see what type of symptoms are appearing in the physical level as well as symptoms that trigger very quickly your difficult memories to come back. From here analyze the priority of each one and how you can change or bring a positive shift for each of the symptoms. For each one, from a mindfulness awareness seeĀ how you can re-evaluate yourself view of the painful emotion. The best way to do this with someone that you can trust and can guide you trough all that, mainly so you will not fall into a dark place which is hard for you to come back. Share this personal recovering with a person that can provide support, can assist with some guidance, or that can hold the space for you to be express. Those unresolved emotions, when handle with sympathy, with no judgment or personal guilt or shame can take you to a new path of fully emotional healing that will let you look at your past with less or no fear, no frustration, no anger and you will have a place within you of self understanding, personal forgiveness and freedom with yourself while standing strong with yourself. This level of freedom will come as a result of your will to clean from yourself with peace some things which you don’t need to hold no longer. This will impact your Heart Chakra first and from there to the other Chakras areas which effected by those emotions that where kept. This is one method that can help the work of recovery, out of many different methods which can be offer. Support with someone can only give you the helping hand to handle what you are holding within and to free yourself to enjoy your life the way intended for you.
