Every day provide you a course of growth in the level of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. As you start your day with an open Heart and the ability to practice self-love, you will have the potential to face and over come what is in front of you without moving into fear, stress, anxiety, depression, anger, guilt, shame, unworthiness, emotional pain of any level. There are those who find themselves worried in their habits, not realizing that it is their own self choice and because of that reacting with their life from a place of fear and most of the time will reflect that on the people that are around them whether it is their partner, children, people that work with them. Like a beginning of every morning, it is very important that you will ask yourself how do you see and feel about yourself when you wake up. This starting point of the day between you and yourself gives you the control on how you will lead your day. It is within you, like with any decision making that you do, to make the decision of how you will handle yourself through out the day. As you will always start your day by self reflecting on yourself, your wellbeing will be able to restore balance and promote positive and productive direction every single day. Starting your morning as you wake up with physical pain provide you a red lighting that something is not right and need your attention. However, feelings, thoughts and emotions, which for any reason become part of your daily wake up inner space in a negative way, mostly can go un notice by you and can only eliminate your inner peace to take place through out your day and create a negative effect on those that are around you. Your self awareness on your thoughts can help you understand that some of your thoughts has nothing to do with your reality and you have the ability either to let them go, remove them aside, knowing to yourself that you are not your thoughts or to hold only to the healthy thoughts which you know that are helpful for you to use and process your day and provide you that inner peace which will maintain like that the type of feelings and emotions from a peaceful place. Starting your day with a prayer, a help from someone that you trust can provide you an anchor to hold to in troubling times while keeping the self belief that you will move out from that place toward your inner peace with your self-love. It take self courage to face what you need to face from inside, to understand better your true beautiful self, and that help to ground you energetically and maintain your balance with clarity, inner peace and vital memory of your quality with your purpose for the day or the general positive direction that only you can take and lead yourself .
