For each one as you connect and doing your best to communicate with others, sometimes you get to those moments were you are being misunderstood, not able to agree on something, wrong impression regarding your actions and other reasons that will invite a time of separation between you and the other person. You take this event to your Heart, you change certain things in your life because of that, you try too hard to correct it for the wrong reasons, but mainly it take you off your inner peace. In order for you to hold steady with your inner peace you can take small steps to forgive and to heal your hurtful Heart and to restore balance with your emotions, balance that will be within your Solar Plexus Chakra mainly from your intention to restore peace from within out. That peace bring back your self security and eventually balance with your stability with life by allowing your mind to be more calm and with no reason to hold thoughts of that past event and to clean out your Heart Chakra and to regain the stability of the positive feeling that your Heart Chakra will create. Reaching out to forgiveness can be also by inviting an open door for any conversation to be created by both side with an honest loving heart to forgive. In some events its just not matter who was the one that did wrong but how the opportunity to restore the peace back between the two can be created. You should allow your self with self compassion to have a self forgiveness. Forgiveness is your approach to let go, not the person, but the situation that brought you both to face something that was unexpected. Some people carry long time pain within them and because of not healing from inside, that long time emotional pain can be carry to new relationships and more important create a gap of your ability to communicate right, understand your self-love and to move you with your life from a place of fear, fearful thoughts, fearful actions, anxiety, guilt and shame which will be observe by those that come by with you. Reach out to be the peace maker in your life as this is first important to how you live with yourself and then your good positive intentions to live better with many others. The harder you will do the self work that you need to take, the ability of you to welcome and to reach an open hand to correct a past situation, the easier the forgiveness can appear between both sides and removing any negative emotions that blocking positive growth. It is not the actions that you do but the kind of approach towards what you do that is important, and help you to be with your freedom and therefore, your self personal and spiritual growth.
