Our brain has 2 main parts right side and left side and each one is actually responsible and control the opposite side of your body. The right side consider as the part of your free spirit, responsible for your creative part, intuition, arts, creation, feeling, imagination, holistic thoughts music, the feminine essence, present and future, fantasy based, looking at the big picture. The left side consider as the grounded side, responsible for your ability to function, processes math, language and written, academic knowledge, holding for your logic and analyzing anything from problems to events, motivate for training, remembering facts and coming with ideas, the masculine essence, present and past, reality based, looking for details. Both sides, although responsible for the opposite part of your body and performing simultaneously on many aspects, the joint common for both is that both are performing different forms of thoughts. When your mind perform from a place of inner peace then the strength of your capacity and capability to get and achieve higher results in all levels of your life are at your reach. Your ability to produce thoughts for either side of the brain from a place of inner peace, invite a method of awareness for the part that you are taking with life and that awareness can grow by guiding you to move forward while reaching and using a bigger percent of each side of your brain to effect the growth of yourself in life. This bigger awareness connect you to a mindfulness awakening, ability to pay attention to the surrounding environment, giving attention for your feeling, listening with clarity to your inner-self, having a subjective approach towards things which could have ask for your objective opinion and maybe to limit yourself from a better result, sensitive with care to your well-being, less reactive and more productive, physical awareness and a sense for what is around your body. All that can flow when you are giving attention for the inner peace with in your brain. When you are able to recognize to your self where you lack of performance, for example solving problems in math or awareness of having some heavy feelings, then you can put those issues in front of you and take the proper actions to change, correct and improve while maintaining your inner peace awareness to support you achieving that. Mindfulness practice will provide you the mental strength to work with quality of thoughts instead of just train of thoughts that can remove you from the reality of your life. Your inner peace for your mind will bring in balance for your thoughts from a perspective of grounded positive identity while allowing your free spirit to connect with your inner child.
