What a wonderful day to go through when you are having it by maintaining your inner peace. Inner peace is not a moment that you need to create and have for yourself, nor is it something that you must remove yourself from everyone around you in order to have it, or only by holding to something or sitting in certain place that only there you can find it. Inner peace is a state of mind that drive from the center of your heart and provide a level of well-being in your personal and social life. Reaching inner peace awareness remove any stress, anxiety, worried, depression, anger, fear and other emotions and feelings to say the lease. To each of you there is your special way to create and to maintain the level of your inner peace. First steps for those who are not having this self awareness, some outside conditions need to be create such as a quiet organize comfortable room, decoration of something that you connect with, music that can help with that atmosphere, the right light in the room and what ever else that you feel that you need. In that space you can use your imagination to take yourself to what consider for you a peaceful place such as the ocean, the forest, top of the mountain, beautiful garden and so on. However, the next steps after some practice is to reach the goal and to build yourself slowly but surly to reality where you will not need to get to that physical place but will be able to connect knowing that as it is exist inside you, your inner peace and you simply need to turn the switch from within and not holding to outside conditions for you to achieve that, or depend on any circumstances to let your inner peace rise to the surface. Your inner peace is your piece of heaven where you allow your thoughts, feelings and emotions to act and move in a level of freedom and able to connect with your true beautiful self, able to see from within what you, your body mind and soul needs, able to listen with clarity from that peaceful place to the direction that you need to take yourself. Attention to your breathing has a significant practice. Awareness breathing help to activate in a bigger better way your Throat, Heart, Solar Plexus Chakras and from that an automatic positive influence on your Root Chakra which become more grounded and few Chakras in the head area, front and back. Inner peace provide you the zone where you can achieve oneness and from where you will be able to zoom in and zoom out more fluent regarding what you see in front of you or the task that at you hand. You will be able to control your physical desires such as with your food, to understand how less is actually more and how energy moves around and with you to support you in the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual abilities. From your place of inner peace you are able to be present for those that needs you, those that you can take care and guide better. Your daily performance will become very efficient and benefit for others. You will see that some tasks will be completed in less time then you usually need. You will be focus on your daily targets with better confidence and security, your sense of moving with life will be as the one who knows how to catch a wave and to surf with calm and control to the safe shore.
