As most of you try to meditate, a common experience is about the interference by the mind, because of all the constant thoughts / inner noise, that are running within you. I spoke before about the mind in mediation with the connection to the reason to quiet the mind. Here, I will try to share a small leaf of the many different leafs that one can benefit from practicing meditation. The practice always need to come from a free will and not from a place of forcing yourself. The practice should not have a certain expectation or the mind desire to determine the type of the results. Yes, there are some specific meditations that will offer you a specific intention, but for having a bigger ability to connect with everything unanimously, the goal of daily practice is to connect with A MOMENT IN THE BE, A MOMENT VIEW FROM YOUR SPIRITUAL MOUNTAIN. Less form of any meditation can raise you to walk in the bridge that bring the connection with the soul. The mind needs a guidance from the place of your pure Heart Chakra for what to command the body to do. If the mind take over, it allows the ego to confuse your self-awareness and draw you for actions that are less meaningful and has no use for your soul to be part of the experience. The mind need to learn to follow the pure Heart Chakra, so the path of awakening will be in your reach. By the practice of meditation one can achieve a level of inner peace, ability to understand what needs to let go, acceptance of emotions and feelings that are not something you desire, but giving them the space, while asking only to open the path for them at some point to go. As you put this into more regular practice, clarity regarding things within yourself will present themselves more easy and in ways that you didn’t see it possible. Others who practice meditation, succeeding to receive a level of information, an insight to their growth and knowledge to put into their life. For some, through meditation, not only that are able to have their inner peace but together with that, receiving information that is meaningful for them. Each one of this experiences depend on the stage of your spiritual growth and pure desire to free your mind. The more that you practice, the better you will be able to see new changes in your own personal experiences with life and at some point you can guide your mind with a better skill in your hand, through your persistence practice to a higher level where you are able to bring the unity between your spiritual part with your physical part in a faster, yet easier, deeper yet progressing, openness yet free your mind from all the illusions that is taking your attention. When you are able to step into this level, clarity is open for you in ways that you cant even imagine. There will be that degree of expansion from within your Heart Chakra and the understanding of your personal spiritual journey. Where will your pure Heart lead your mind to, today?
