Certain life events which has a negative affect on you, can cause you to go away from who you are, neglecting your strength to love yourself and to put your well-being in a self-denial. This can start at an early part of your life, and it can take only one event sometimes, to bring you to that state of mind and not to be able to support and have your self-love. As life goes on, you can forget about that past event, which you did not heal from and the scar from that event can bring a result of self-denial due to wrong reasons. Self-denial force you to ignore your basic needs in some aspects and reduce your energy fields because of that. Self-denial will cause negative effects on how your energy centers, your Chakra system, moves and give the care for your body as well as the the 5 energetic fields around your physical body. In order to know for yourself if you carry self-denial, check your type of emotions, feelings and thoughts. If each part has low levels that come with fear, shame, depression or other of this kind, it might be that in some ways it result you to carry self-denial. Also observe to yourself when new project come to your hand, what is your attitude toward going and doing that? Do you automatically give yourself reasons why you can not do it or why it is not for you, even if you did not try?. The most important thing for you to loose in a self-denial state is the fundamental truth that you worth of love and because of that you neglected your simple ability to hold to your self-love. Don’t carry a self-denial of yourself because of certain events, don’t provide the space for full responsibility for things which you even didn’t do, even if some events change your current reality. Don’t carry this self judgment that will prevent you from engaging with life from a place of self-love. Even if despair creeps in, that doesn’t mean that it can also become the residence instead of your self-love. Identifying the source for that, gives you the ability to heal yourself. From self understanding you can reach to cleanse your emotional pain whether it is at your Solar-Plexus, Heart or Throat Chakras with the intention of regaining back your full autonomy and independence, so the freedom of your renewed self-love will take action again and activate your healing seeds to flourish your life garden. By doing so, you can feel the sunshine light hugging you and your inner beautiful garden grow in a prospering way while you are holding and supporting by your self-love.
