For each one of us there are activities in every day life that are part of the daily routine from waking up, brushing teeth, coffee, making the bed etc., which that is the obvious and here I am not referring to the obvious but for what become the structure of your day. This has noting to do with emotions or feelings at this point, only your activities. Few of those activities become so costume for you, so much that is more then a habit that you have, but an automatic practice that over time can just prevent you from moving forward. By not paying attention that a certain routine of your life can stuck you in a perception that this routine must be part of your day, when its actually already an illusion that you still hold on to. For example, by your work place there is this food place that can provide you the immediate food, which in reality you know that this is not what you should eat, but you go there on regular basis. One good way to examine for yourself your daily routine is by journaling your daily activities. After 3 weeks of collecting information, review the list. You will be able to give a self perspective and found what kind of routine in your day doesn’t do any good for you. You can see through the list what of your routine actually takes away from you time to be productive with essential activities that only will promote your well-being and bring you peace of mind. You will be able to recognize clear to yourself the quantity of the good routine which you need to embrace more into your life and to provide more space so it will build a stronger foundation of every day of your life. By analyzing your daily routine you can clear out some behaviors that can be change with different activities only because that they will be much better for the quality of your life. Regarding those positive activities of your daily routine make sure to spice them up in any given day so they will become more valuable and appreciate by you. Your breakfast in the morning can be at one day of the week a well prepared one as if you start your breakfast morning in a vacation, even though it is on a work day. You will feel and see the positive impact with its own benefits for you.
